New Straits Times - Tropicana Rolls Out Its T.Living Home Customisation Concept For Freesia Residences

Tropicana Corp Bhd is unveiling its first bespoke home personalisation series called T.Living, which is currently being rolled out for Freesia Residences, located within Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning.

The T.Living home customisation concept of "Your Home, Your Choice" offers customised choices ranging from colour palettes of walls and floorings, sanitary ware fitting designs, home security systems, and smart home features.

Tropicana group managing director Dion Tan said the company endeavours to redefine the art of living, to build integrated townships where people can live, work, learn and prosper together.

"With T.Living bespoke solutions, we combined our Tropicana DNA with custom-design solutions providing homeowners more attractive choices and less hassle.

In short, owners can have their say, add upgrades as they see fit, and grab this chance to save more," he said.

Tan said T.Living is currently aimed at Freesia Residences and in the near future it will be available in other developments by Tropicana.

Freesia Residences comprises two-storey lake and park villas offering 5+1 bedrooms and bungalow-style living.

The villas offer built-up ranging between 3,769 sq ft and 5,354 sq ft and are priced from RM1.85 million.

T.Living features a choice of two colour palettes to choose from - Alba and Oberon.

Inspired by white freesias, the Alba theme carries the radiant and refreshing shades of Spring, with clean lines accentuated by elegant cream and bright accents while the Oberon theme pays homage to the rich yet gentle character of the summer freesia features with a fusion of neutral palettes, creating a natural yet contemporary outlook.

T.Living also provides a selection of fittings between basic and premium packages.

The basic package is free of additional costs and adds master bathroom shower screens with glass doors, a Bluguard Z-Wave gateway smart home hub including CCTV, video intercom, motion sensors, and alarms as well as magnetic and vibration sensors for the ground floor.

The package also includes a 300L solar water heater, a water booster pump, and an outdoor water filter for the home, as well as one 3.0 horsepower air-conditioning unit in the living area.

The T.Living premium packages are split into two options; Silver and Gold.

The Silver package costs an additional RM16,800 and adds on to the basic feature set with additional shower screen doors in all other bathrooms, additional Bluguard smoke detectors, an air-conditioning IR blaster control, Yale digital door lockset, an emergency remote control button, and an Amazon Alexa voice-controlled smart home system.

The premium Gold package costs RM45,800 and has all the above plus an additional 3.7kW electric vehicle car charging station and more air-cond units.
