Berita Harian - Tropicana sells 3.7 hectares land

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Tropicana said the land is free from all encumbrances with vacant possession, subject to the terms and conditions in the development approvals and SPA.

It said a deposit of 10% of the purchase price would be paid upon execution of the SPA, while the balance would be paid within three months from the date when the purchaser obtained approval from the state authority.
