The Star - Giving homebuyers chance to win a car
Tropicana Corporation Bhd launched its new campaign, "Tropicana Drive Me Home", which runs until July 6 at www.tropicanadrivemehome.com. The campaign offers property buyers an opportunity to win a free Toyota vehicle with the purchase of select properties from Tropicana's portfolio of high-rise apartments, serviced residences, landed homes and investment-grade shop offices.
There are a total of 12 properties offered across five participating townships and developments in Klang Valley, namely Tropicana Gardens in Kota Damansara, Tropicana Heights in Kajang, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya and Tropicana Cheras in Cheras.
Three Toyota vehicles including a Vios, Corolla Altis and Camry will be up for grabs. Tropicana managing director Ung Lay Ting said, "This time around, we launched the Tropicana Drive Me Home' campaign which covers a wider range of properties for all types of purchasers, including first-time homebuyers, new families, investors and business owners.
"We are giving purchasers the opportunity to double their joy of owning a home - with a valuable car on the house. "This campaign also provides property buyers an opportunity to experience modern living at selected Tropicana properties and at the same time, drive away a brand new car. Following the success of our Tropicana Surprize Upsize' campaign in 2017, the engagement and awareness of our townships and developments have grown tremendously," he said.
Elaborating on the property mix of the campaign, Ung added, "For first-time home-buyers, we are offering three-bedroom modern apartments in Aman 1 from only RM398,000. Ideal abodes for families are the linked homes, semi-detached homes and zero-lot bungalows within the master-planned townships of Tropicana Heights, Tropicana Aman and Tropicana Cheras.
"We are confident that this offering coupled with the quality and unique selling points of our developments will be well-received." These participating Tropicana developments showcase an emphasis on nurturing the well-being of communities with generous open spaces.
Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Aman and Tropicana Heights have been designed with its own central parks, as well as smaller pocket parks, which is above the industry practice of 10%.
The integrated developments are all strategically located with good amenities and facilities with well-considered route for easy accessibility.
For instance, a RM106mil direct flyover that links the Federal Highway to Tropicana Metropark will soon be open to the public for added convenience.
There will also be a direct elevated connection linking Surian MRT station to Tropicana Gardens Mall.
Tropicana has also incorporated educational institutions in its townships, such as St Joseph's Institution International School Malaysia at Tropicana Indah Resort Homes, Tenby International School at Tropicana Aman and GEMS International School at Tropicana Metropark.
