AGILE Bukit Bintang, nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, was officially unveiled at its property sales gallery in Bukit Bintang.

The development is a joint-venture between Agile Group and Tropicana Corporation Bhd.

Agile Bukit Bintang was introduced following the excellent sales performance of Agile Mont Kiara which recorded a take-up rate of 90%.

It is a freehold project that covers approximately 1.5ha with a gross development value of RM2.2biI.

Designed by DP architect, an architecture firm based in Singapore, the project is a mixed development comprising three residential towers with 1,501 units, 66 SoVo (Small Office Virtual Office) units and 14 commercial lots.

To-date, Agile Bukit Bintang has launched Tower B, the first phase of the project. The 60-storey Tower B consists of 21 SoVo units and 678 residential units, and it is one of the few 60-storey residential projects in Kuala Lumpur.

Within three weeks upon obtaining the Advertising Permit and Developer Licence (APDL), Agile Bukit Bintang released 300 units prior to the launch and more than 50% were sold.
The building's 10th floor is designed by Aecom with a tropical rainforest which is centred around a "Five Gardens'' concept to create a wholesome lifestyle within a green environment.

The facilities include a fitness room, swimming pool, jogging track, leisure area and recreation room.

On the 60th floor is a Sky Garden that overlooks the city's stunning skyhne while the ground floor will be developed into a commercial street, believed to be the next pulse of Kuala Lumpur.

Agile Bukit Bintang is located along Jalan Bukit Bintang, just a stone's throw from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, 500m from Bukit Bintang Walk, and 300m from the Royal Selangor Golf Club.

It is also within walking distance to three MRT stations includ-mg MRT Bukit Bintang, MRT Tun Razak Exchange and the upcoming MRT Conlay.
