Tropicana Corp to dispose land for RM 42.28mil

Penang, 7 September 2018 - Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Tropicana Golf & Country Resort Bhd (TGCRB) is disposing a 7,143 sq. m. piece of leasehold land in Bandar Damansara, Selangor, for RM 42.28mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said TGCRB had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with MCT Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, One Residence Sdn. Bhd, to dispose the land, expiring on April 2019.

It said the leasehold land would be acquired free from all burdens and with vacant possession.
