China Press - 4 main topic to review on property knowledge by Tropicana Corporation
Tropicana Corporation Berhad launched a first-of-its-kind talk series, “Property for Everyone”, that successfully attracts over 500 registrations for the entire series. The talk series is specially designed to certain groups of buyers and discover the insights of property investment.
The 4-day experience is dedicated for four key buyer groups, which are the Millennial, Executives, Investors and Home Owners. The talk also features a stellar lineup of renowned property speakers, investors, entrepreneurs, celebrities and educators. The first week of the talk series is for Millennial and Executives.
During The Millennial Series, Roen Cian Nagapan, Director of The Group, inspired many as he shared valuable insight on entrepreneurship and building a successful business. Alexander Woo, Vice-President of IQI Holdings, who bought his first property at the young age of 22, also shared several tips for millennial homebuyers.
During The Executive Series, Nur Fazura while Faizul Ridzuan, CEO of FAR Capital, spoke about how to accumulate wealth while working a traditional 9 to 5 job.
Tropicana Corp. Bhd. Sales & Marketing Executive Director Ms. Ung Lay Ting said the changing market demographics; evolving consumer demands and the health of the Malaysian economy have been the challenges of most, if not all developers. Hence, the developers need to recognize the needs and expectations of buyers and also, to promotes property according to their favors.
