Developer launches property upsize campaign

PROPERTY developer, Tropicana Corporation Bhd has launched a new campaign called Tropicana Surprize Upsize, which runs until Dec 22.

The campaign offers housebuyers an opportunity to win a free upsize for a house purchased across six properties located in Tropicana's signature townships and developments in the Klang Valley.
Properties include high-rise apartments, serviced residences and landed homes in Tropicana Gardens (Kota Damansara), Tropicana Heights (Kajang), Tropicana Aman (Kota Kemuning) and Tropicana Metropark (Subang Jaya).
Tropicana Corporation Marketing & Sales senior executive director Ung Lay Ting said, "Following the success of our 'Just Bid It' digital campaign in 2016, the engagement and awareness of our townships and developments have grown tremendously.

"More excitingly, our annual campaigns have developed a strong following and fan base. Hence, the Tropicana Surprize Upsize is a much-awaited campaign aimed at meeting the demands of the public and our housebuyers.
"We always go all-out to be different. This year, we hope to introduce a campaign that is not only engaging, but also addresses purchasers' needs and wants, while being relat-able to our target audience.
"We see the concept of an upsize or upgrade across various industries, from fast-food, hotel stays to flight tickets. With this campaign, we are proud to be the first property developer to offer the opportunity for our purchasers to upsize their home. The thought of winning a free upsize from a 1+1 bedroom to a 2+1 bedroom serviced residence, for example, will certainly excite many to take part in this first-of-its-kind property campaign." To be eligible for the promotion, participants have to purchase a Tropicana property during the campaign period.
Those who have booked a unit during the campaign period will also stand a chance to win an interior design package worth RM80,000 each.
The winners will be announced during a live draw at the end of this month.
Ung said the upsize campaign offers housebuyers a chance to win more than RMlmil worth of prizes.
"We are confident this offering coupled with the quality and unique selling points of our developments will be well-received." The campaign offers a mystery "Surprize" which can be redeemed at participating Tropicana property galleries. Among the mystery prizes are iPads, Samsung S8, and the coveted iPhone 8 Plus.
