Established in 1938, SJK(C) Bukit Fraser's first construction phase at Tropicana Aman Kota Kemuning will include 24 classrooms, library, computer rooms, science laboratories, art rooms and canteen. With a history of over 81 years, the school is estimated to serve a population of 50,000 people by the year 2021.
