Tropicana Foundation Donates RM500,000 To Nine Charity Organisations – In continuing with the tradition of giving back to society, Tropicana Foundation presented cheques to Borneo Care, Karhuney Foundation, Starlight Children’s Society, Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation, World Vision, Rumah Kasih, Hospis Malaysia, St John Ambulance Malaysia and UNICEF; amounting to a total of RM500,000.

The altruistic donation drive to the nine charity organisations coincided with a celebration held to honour Tropicana founder, YBhg Tan Sri Dato’ Danny Tan for his guidance, vision and immense contribution to the Group.

The celebratory event featured the iconic, award-winning Malaysian songstress, Ning Baizura, the charming Tan Soo Suan and the Dama Orchestra, as well as the funny and highly-entertaining Dr Jason Leong; all of whom were hand-picked for the occasion. About 350 guests, made up of YBhg Tan Sri Dato’ Danny Tan’s friends, business partners and Tropicana’s top management team showed up in force.
