The Edge Online - Tropicana Grandhill’s First Phase Records Take-up of 90%
KUALA LUMPUR (April 18): Tropicana Corp Bhd’s TwinPines Serviced Suites in Genting Highlands has achieved a take-up rate of 90% for Tower A, according to a press release on Monday (April 17).
The 3.57-acre development consists of two towers, the 55-storey Tower A and 56-storey Tower B. To date, Tower B has recorded a take-up rate of 50% since its launch in May 2021. Once completed, TwinPines Serviced Suites will offer 1,443 units across two towers, A and B, with built-ups ranging from 379 to 1,330 sq ft.
The units are priced from RM397,000 and the entire project has a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.06 billion. TwinPines Serviced Suites is part of the larger 112-acre Tropicana Grandhill master plan that will be developed across three phases.
In the statement, Tropicana’s group executive director Jared Ang said: “The TwinPines Serviced Suites is positioned on freehold land offering 13 layouts, catering for a wide range of living and investment needs. Owners and residents can enjoy the breathtaking scenery, verdant greenery and cooling climate of the surrounding highlands.

TwinPines Services Suites also offers facilities such as a heated swimming pool, spring jacuzzi, a gymnasium and yoga studio among others. The statement added that the development also benefits from Tropicana Grandhill’s proposed lifestyle offerings, such as a wellness hub, education centre and silver hair village.
Tropicana Grandhill is part of Tropicana WindCity, the freehold integrated masterplan in Genting Highlands offering a holistic lifestyle and is 40km from Kuala Lumpur.
