The Sun Daily - Dalia Residences show house attract over 1500 visitors
Dalia Residences is the fourth landed residential phase of the township, comprising 166 units of two-storey semi-D homes, 36 units of two-storey zero-lot bungalows and 5 units of two-storey bungalows.
Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2020, these homes feature the 3S (Smart, Secure and Sustainable Technology) automated home system, that enables homeowners to control and monitor lighting, air-conditioning and security from one central application that can be paired to smartphones and tablets.
"We understand that security is one of the biggest concerns for all homebuyers. With that in mind, every home within the development will be equipped with smart homes security system and nestled within a gated and guarded community to ensure peace of mind for residents," said Tropicana managing director of marketing and sales Ung Lay Ting, who expressed confidence that the take-up rate for Dalia Residences will be positive due to its strategic location.
Dalia Residences is the fourth phase following Cheria Residences, which has recorded a take-up rate of over 90%. The first two landed phases, Arahsia and Bayan Residences, were 100% sold and have been handed over to homeowners.
Tropicana Aman is an 863-acre township located in Kota Kemuning, featuring an 85-acre central park, 7km dedicated to a walking and biking trail, and 198 acres of commercial space. The Tenby International School is also operational.
The Dalia Residences show houses are open for public viewing daily from 9.30am to 6.30pm.
