The Sun - Tropicana Delivers Vacant Possession At Two Townships

PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corp Bhd recently delivered vacant possession to more than 650 home buyers in two of its townships, Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning, and Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya.

Its marketing and sales managing director, Joanne Lee, remarked that the group is delighted to have completed the final handover of the homes.

"Despite the movement control order (MCO) and conditional MCO, we pushed forward and ensure that we handed over the units in good time," she said in a statement.

Lee pointed out that its home buyers are able to seek support from the developer via its platform, the Tropicana 360 app.

Through the app, homeowners are able to manage their billing statements, report defects or other property-related issues, and book the facilities in the township.

Lee said those interested in buying a property from Tropicana can take advantage of Tropicana FreeDOM, which offers zero down-payment, 100% financing, and free maintenance fees for up to 10 years for completed units.
