CIMB Bank Bhd recently launched its 1-Minute Home Financing as part of CIMB’s InstaApproval platform.

The CIMB 1-Minute Home Financing expedites complete approval within a single minute upon full submission of information and documents, enabling a faster home ownership journey for customers.

Through such convenient digital platform, the instant approval process is considered a full approval and the letter of offer can be generated immediately.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Group Consumer Banking, Samir Gupta said the group aim to become a leading ASEAN universal bank by leveraging on digital since 2015.

“CIMB’s InstaApproval proposition reflects our promise to provide customers with not only great financial products and services, but also speediness in delivery.

“This is not only a secure platform, but also enable paperless process involving biometric fingerprint identification and other verification steps completely online,” he said during the launching of 1-Minute Home Financing in Kuala Lumpur.

Together attended the launch includes Group CEO of CIMB, Tengku Dato’ Sri Zafrul Aziz.

8 developers join the scheme

Samir said, currently there are eight developers participating in the CIMB 1-Minute Home Financing InstaApproval, through a total of 60 property projects.

The developers are Eco World Development Group Bhd, IJM Land Bhd, IOI Properties Group Bhd, Mah Sing Group Bhd, Sime Darby Property Bhd, SP Setia Bhd, Tropicana Corporation Bhd and UEM Sunrise Bhd.

“More developers and projects will be added to this platform over time,” he added.

Apart from 1-Minute Home Financing, CIMB InstaApproval platform also facilitates applications for personal financing, Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) financing and credit cards.

The letter of offer can be printed immediately after approval.
