Upholding its mission to build sustainable property for everyone, property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd recently launched its inaugural talk series titled “Property for Everyone”. The latest two series of talk for investor and homebuyer will be held on 25 and 26 March at Tropicana Metropark, Subang Jaya, for those who interested can register through online.

“Property for Everyone” is an inaugural talk series that features a stellar lineup of renowned property speakers, investors, entrepreneurs, celebrities and educators. The talk is specially designed for four key buyer groups – the millennial, executives, investors and homeowners. Up to date, there is more than 500 people have registered for the entire series.

The first two days of the talks that targeted millennial and executives had received overwhelmed response. Among the speakers for the talk are Director of The Group Roen Cian Nagapan, Vice-President of IQI Holdings Alexander Woo, actress and entrepreneur Nur Fazura and CEO of FAR Capital Faizul Ridzuan.

Tropicana Corp. Bhd. Executive Director of Sales & Marketing Ms. Ung Lay Ting said the changing market demographics; evolving consumer demands and the health of the Malaysian economy have been the challenges of most, if not all developers. Hence, the group must respond to these shifting conditions in order to recognize the different needs and expectations of different buyers and also, to address their concerns when it comes to property purchase.
