Sin Chew Daily - Tropicana CEO retires early

Tropicana Corp. Bhd. (TROP, 5401, main market, property) announced its’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Datuk Yau Kok Seng is retiring on 30 November 2017 due to health reasons.

Besides, Tropicana Corp. Bhd. also announced another two changes in the group personnel, Dion Tan redesignated as Group Managing Director, while Datuk Lim Thean Shiang was appointed as Independent and Non-Executive Director.

According to the group’s statement, the Board of Directors of Tropicana would like to thank Datuk Yau for his invaluable contributions to the group and they will continue to conduct a comprehensive search for his replacement.
