Nanyang Siang Pau - Tropicana Run to watch over affordable houses along the race

The 8km Fun Run was conducted around the township, thus allowing participants to view the series of Tropicana Urban Homes that launched in July.

Tropicana Corp. Bhd. is positive towards the launch of the first phase of condominium in beginning of next year.

The group said, in coming 5 years, they will built 15,000 units of affordable homes with price range from RM 300,000 to RM 500,000 at certain prime location and its award-winning township.

Besides, the route in this Fun Run includes the newly opened Bandar Baru Bangi – Kajang 2 – Bandar Teknologi Kajang flyover.

Tropicana Executive Director of Marketing and Sales, Ung Lay Ting said, the flyover reduces the commute time to and from Tropicana Heights.

Apart from that, as the flyover will also connect with the Kajang 2 commuter station, this will further boosts the accessibility and connectivity of the township - a catalyst to the future vibrancy of the area.

Spanned across 199 acres, the highlights of Tropicana Heights includes 16 acres Central Park, 2 acres of recreational hub and market square, sports hangouts and homes that allow residents to have access to their very own private community parks.

Ridgefield Residences subscription rate 80%

Ridgefield Residences, the latest project of this township that launched in second half of last year, reached 80% of subscription rate.
