PropSocial - Tropicana Offers Power Up Campaign to Property Buyers

2022-04-07 PropSocial - Tropicana Offers Power Up Campaign to Property Buyers

Tropicana Corporation Berhad (“Tropicana”) announced a bonanza of boosters for property seekers with the Tropicana Power Up campaign from now until 30 June 2022, elevating its offerings with exciting incentives to smoothen the purchasing and ownership journey. These include down payment assistance, free stamp duties for loan and memorandum of transfer (“MOT”) instruments, double referral rewards, and attractive bonuses on sale and purchase agreement signings.

The campaign is applicable for both upcoming and completed residential and commercial projects across Tropicana’s portfolio, from prime locations in Klang Valley and booming hotspots in Langkawi to bustling growth corridors in Johor.

The initiative is timely in view of pent-up market demand and positive macroeconomic indicators as Malaysia moves into the endemic transition phase. Joanne Lee, Managing Director of Marketing and Sales, shared more on Tropicana Power Up, as well as Tropicana’s outlook in the post-pandemic paradigm.

“Property seekers and homeowners make up the heart of our developments, and this campaign is our way of reaching out, rewarding, and growing the community. With over 5,800 satisfied customers in FY2021, we anticipate even healthier prospects in the coming year. This is based on an increased appetite among Malaysians to purchase property for investment purposes, according to industry reports such as the PropertyGuru Malaysia Consumer Sentiment Survey, as well as a more favourable operating environment with rising international purchaser interest as borders re-open. As we continue Redefining the Art of Living, we are pleased to cater to surging market demand through Tropicana Power Up, delivering easy entry and minimal capital outlays for our properties in support of the national housing agenda following the conclusion of the Home Ownership Campaign,” she said.
