Basically, this group of new homeowners will receive the similar added value services as luxury homeowners whereby it align with the group’s strategy in providing superior value to customer.

The group will launch Tropicana Urban Homes series in Tropicana Aman at Kota Kemuning and Tropicana Heights at Kajang whereby both of these townships will feature central park, international schools and commercial center.

The offered selling price for Tropicana Urban Homes affordable homes are from RM 300,000 until RM 500,000 with unit builds up area of 650 sq. ft. until 1,000 sq. ft.
