Berita Haria - Dalia Residences equipped with 3S home automation system

Tropicana Corp. Bhd. launches new semi-detached units and bungalows in Tropicana Aman at Kota Kemuning, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2020.

Managing Director of Sales and Marketing, Ung Lay Ting said the latest unit is known as Dalia Residences and it’s the fourth phase of the landed residential in the municipality.

It contains 166 units of double storey semidetached, 45’x80’ and 36 units of zero-lot bungalows (56’x85’) and five units of double storey bungalows.

Primary safety factor

“All of these homes feature 3S home automation systems allow owners to control and monitor lighting, air conditioning and security from a centralized app that can be connected to smartphones and tablets.

“In terms of safety, we are very much concerned about it and therefore various security features are offered such as digital door locks, intrusion alerts, magnetic detectors, vibration detectors, remote control access, door cameras, outdoors cameras, fence cameras and panic buttons.

“We understand that security is among the biggest concerns for all home buyers. Hence, every home in this development project will be equipped with a smart home security system besides being housed in gated and guided communities to ensure that residents can live comfortably and safely.

“Hence, to improve the safety of residents in the municipality, we will also provide 24-hour security patrols, perimeter border fittings equipped with CCTV and visitor management systems,”she said in a statement

Fourth phase

At the launching, Lay Ting said she is confident that Dalia Residences would receive a positive response among shoppers following a strategic location and equipped with modern features including the 3S system.

“Dalia Residences is the fourth phase after Cheria Reidences which 90 percent of units have been sold. Arahsia and Bayan Residences which are also the first two phases of the residence here have been fully sold and confirmed to homeowners.

“In addition to landed residential phases, we also launched Aman 1 under the partnership of Tropicana Urban Home, which offers 766 units of modern three-bedroom apartments with built-in size ranging from 870 to 1,000 square feet
