Sin Chew Daily - Tropicana Metropark marathon; participants experience green society
Recently Tropicana Corp. Bhd.’s Tropicana Metropark organized bubble bridge run that has successfully attracted more than 1,600 people to experience the surrounding and witness the development of the township and 9 acres of central linear park as well.
Tropicana Managing Director, Ung Lay Ting said the group is delighted that Tropicana Metropark Bubble Bridge Run successfully garnered such great support from families and the communities in the neighboring areas. She added, not only did the participants able to witness Tropicana’s commitment to sustainable green living; they also obtained an exclusive preview of Tropicana Metropark-Subang link that will open in August.
Cost nearly RM 106mil in the entire development, the 1.6km purpose-built link shortened the distance by 2.5km and will benefit residents of Subang Jaya, USJ and neighboring areas while providing greater connectivity to the development.
With total gross development value (GDV) of RM 7.2bil, the 88 acres of mixed integrated development Tropicana Metropark features residential, retail hotspots, business suits, GEMS international school and leisure spaces. The third residential phase, Paisley Serviced Residences consists of two iconic towers with a total of 587 units and built-ups ranging from 601 to 1,491 sq. ft.
