Property developer Tropicana Corporation Bhd has delivered vacant possession to buyers at two of its signature developments in Selangor - the 345.2ha Tropicana Aman in Kota Kemuning and the 35.2ha Tropicana Metropark in Subang Jaya.

Over 650 owners of Paisley Serviced Residences units at Tropicana Metropark and Dalia Residences at Tropicana Aman received keys to their brand new homes and were presented with a Tropicana handover gift before being shown around the facilities and surrounding area.

The owners were then escorted to their new homes to finalise the handover process.

Marketing and sales managing director Joanne Lee spoke on Tropicana's latest vacant possession handover.

"Despite the MCO and conditional MCO, we pushed forward to ensure we handed over the units in good time," she said.

She also announced that limited units were still available at these completed projects.
