Tropicana Gardens shopping center development project is on track and expected to be fully completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. Executive Director of Group Assets Management at Tropicana Corp. Bhd., Andrew Ashwin said the shopping mall located at Kota Damansara offers more than 400 shops. He said, the building offers seven-storey of retail space is also developed in the master plan together with four building of serviced residence and one corporate office building. Andrew added, Tropicana Gardens has five critical factors that is expected to attract more visitors to the shopping mall. “The five factors are great location, convenience, comfort, connection and demographic. Andrew said the target visitors for Tropicana Gardens are those of the middle to high income earners. “It also expected to attract visitors around Kota Damansara, Sunway Damansara, Tropicana, Bandar Utama, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya and Kelana Jaya. “Among the confirmed tenant includes Perfect Living, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Village Grocer and MBO,” said Andrew.
