2021 wrapped up on a positive note for Tropicana Corporation Berhad, and now the company is looking towards 2022 in a more upbeat manner with a number of strategic campaigns.

In December 2021, Tropicana acquired 10 more notable achievements. The company emerged as one of the biggest winners at the 8th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards. Tropicana collected six gold statuettes and two highly commended citations, including the never-before-presented title of Best Developer (Central Malaysia) and the Best High End Landed Development award for Tropicana Aman – Freesia Residences.

Tropicana was named the Top 10 Developers in Malaysia at the 16th BCI Asia Awards – a recognition for top architectural firms and developers that had the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia.

The company also won the Top 10 Best Property Developers Award at The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards (TPDA). The 19th TPDA anchors The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2021, a well-known industry award based on each Company’s overall quantitative and qualitative factors.
