Over the years, Tropicana has played an important role in
shaping the vibrant landscape of Johor. The developer enjoyed a strong presence
in the Southern region with its two master-planned townships: Tropicana Danga
Bay and Danga Cove. Moving forward, Tropicana plans to unlock more landbank in
Johor in its aim to create a harmonious yet safe township for the community to
live, work, learn, play and prosper. Come 3rd Quarter of 2021, Tropicana will
roll out its first industrial park aptly named as Tropicana Industrial Park
(“TIP”). TIP is positioned as a master-planned industrial park in Johor, a nod
to the increasing number of small- and middle-sized enterprises in Malaysia, especially
within the Pekan Nanas vicinity that is 30 minutes drive to Singapore’s second
link. Aside from that, Tropicana also plans to roll out Tropicana Uplands, a
vibrant mixed development in Gelang Patah and Lido Waterfront Boulevard, an
iconic integrated waterfront development overlooking the Straits of Johor. With
these iconic developments in the pipeline, Tropicana is confident that the
strategic location of Johor at the southern-most tip of Peninsula Malaysia will
continue to gain traction as the commercial import & export hub in
Malaysia.
