The Edge Markets - Tropicana Corp hands over Dalia Residences and Paisley Serviced Residences
Over 650 homebuyers received their keys to their new homes in Dalia Residences at Tropicana Aman and Paisley Serviced Residences at Tropicana Metropark. The owners were presented with a Tropicana handover gift before being shown around the facilities in the surrounding area and escorted to their properties to go over the VP process, according to a Tropicana press release.
In the statement, Tropicana managing director Joanne Lee said there are limited units still available at both projects. "We are delighted to have reached the final handover for these bright and modern new homes. Despite the MCO and CMCO, we pushed forward to ensure that we handed over the units in good time. We are pleased to welcome our new homebuyers to our Tropicana community.
"To ensure that they get seamless support, they can contact us anytime through our one-stop platform, the Tropicana 360 app. From the app, homeowners can manage their billing statements, report defects or other property related issues, as well as book facilities," Lee added.
She also said that those looking to purchase the completed units by the developer will get to enjoy the Tropicana FreeDOM campaign that offers zero down payment, 100% financing and free maintenance fees for up to 10 years.
Tropicana Aman is anchored by an 85-acre central park that has a 7km walking and biking trail that is accessible via 10 link bridges and 17 pavilions surrounding the lake. The enclave is also home to Tenby International School and S JK(C) Bukit Fraser.
Anchored by a 9.2-acre urban park, Tropicana Metropark is directly linked to the Federal Highway and boasts a variety of amenities including an upcoming commercial hub, Shoppes (South), as well as a 252,000 sq ft GEMS International School.
