Cheria Residences sample house open for visitor

Tropicana Corporation Bhd unveiled show houses for its third and latest residential phase, Cheria Residences. It is now available for public viewing.

Spanned across 38.5 acres, Cheria Residences located at the desirable township of Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning. Its units comprise spacious double-storey semi-detached homes ranging from 3,200 to 3,670 square feet with wide porches that can fit three cars side-by-side.

Tropicana Aman reserved 85 acres of land as Central Park that includes a seven-km pedestrian and jogging track.

Tropicana Corp. Bhd. Head of Marketing and Sales Ung Lay Ting said, Cheria Residences integrated with latest Japan’s technology, built-in air ventilation, heat insulation technology, home network and security system for resident’s convenience and peace of mind. She said, to date, there’s encouraging take-up of 80% for Cheria Residences.

Sample houses open daily from 9.30am to 6.30pm. The guests who attended sample house launch are Tropicana Corp. Bhd. Group CEO Dato Yau Kok Seng, Executive Director Dion Tan, Senior General Manager Peter Cheah and Executive Director of Project Kelvin Choo.
