Tropicana Corp. Bhd. (Tropicana) unveiled two brand new show houses for its latest residential phase, Cheria Residences at Tropicana Aman, Kota Kemuning.
Sited on 15.4 hectares of land, Cheria Residences comprises spacious double-storey semi-detached homes ranging from 3,200 to 3,670 sq. ft. with wide car porch that could fit three cars.
Head of Marketing and Sales Ung Lay Ting said future residents of this gated and guarded precinct will get to enjoy the 1.82 hectares linear garden, a three-km pedestrian and jogging track and dedicated community hall.

She said, Cheria Residences comes with built-in air ventilation that filters up to more than 95% of harmful air particles and heat insulation technology that supplies effective flow and circulation of natural cool air, making the houses very comfortable.
“The response for Tropicana Aman’s first phase of semi-detached houses – Cheria Residences and the first commercial phase, Sinaria Investment-Grade Shop Offices is very encouraging.”
A chance to view living space
“To date, we have seen an encouraging take-up of 80% for Cheria Residences. With the opening of the two show houses, we offer an insight to the contemporary family living space,” she said in the show house launching ceremony at Kota Kemuning recently.
Lay Ting said the two show houses that will be open to the public from 13 May have built-ups ranging from 3,200 to 3,670 sq. ft.
She added, the houses are integrated with home network and security system for resident’s convenience and peace of mind.
“This year is remarkably exciting for Tropicana Aman as we are on track to hand over two residential phases of linked houses, which are Arahsia Residences and Bayan Residences before the end of the year,” said Ung.
Tropicana Aman with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM 13bil is designed as a walking and biking community where one can enjoy the exquisiteness of its 34 hectares of Central Park.
