China Press - Tropicana Corporation Berhad introduces Tropicana Urban Homes

In order to align with government’s goal of building more affordable homes, Tropicana Corporation Berhad officially launch Tropicana Urban Homes to fulfill the demands of middle-income earners.

During the official launch, Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Yau Kok Seng said the group aim to build 15,000 to 20,000 units of quality affordable homes in strategic areas in the next five years to align with government’s goal of building 1mil of affordable homes by year 2020.

“In order to build these affordable homes within shortest period, the group will make use of Industrialized Building System (IBS) in building quality, ecofriendly and energy saving homes.”

“Among the two awards winning Tropicana Township that will build Tropicana Urban Homes project to build affordable homes are Tropicana Aman and Tropicana Height. These two townships feature easy accessibility to amenities such as Central Park, international schools and neighbouring commercial center.

“The offered selling price for Tropicana Urban Homes affordable homes are from RM 300,000 until RM 500,000 with unit builds up area of 650 sq. ft. until 1,000 sq. ft.
