Tropicana Honoured with Top Two Accolades at BCI Asia and APPA 2023
Tropicana was recently recognised among Malaysia’s Top 10 Developers at the BCI Asia Awards 2023 ceremony, held at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, judged by its recent signature townships such as Tropicana Aman and Tropicana Uplands.
At the same time, Tropicana Cenang took home the coveted Five-Star Best Apartment/ Condominium accolades at the Asia Pacific Property Awards (“APPA”) 2023, held at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Thailand. APPA 2023 also recognised Tropicana Cenang as a nominee to compete at the upcoming International Property Awards (“IPA”) in London, UK in February 2024.
The achievements represent the Group’s 11th and 14th victorious years on their respective recognition platforms, as a testament to its unique development approach. Ixora Ang, Executive Director, Marketing & Sales and Business Development of Tropicana, shared more on the milestone.

BCI Asia Awards 2023
Now in its 18th year, the BCI Asia Awards were established by construction data and solutions provider BCI Central to recognise leading developers across the region. Tropicana’s recognition on the platform showcases the aggregate value of its projects under construction, as well as the extent of their sustainability practices and green building ratings. Among the key projects that were judged were:

Submissions are evaluated by a distinguished panel of over 100 judges, according to their respective expertise in fields such as architecture, development or interior design. Each year, Five-Star regional winners are nominated to proceed to the global level at the International Property Awards.
