Tropicana  hosted the launch of the upcoming tourism event called Langkawi International Folding Bike Challenge (“LIFBC”) 2.0 2023 at Tropicana Cenang. Officiated by Kedah Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor, the occasion included the unveiling of the Langkawi Tourism Association’s (“LTA’s”) 2023 calendar of events.

The eco-friendly Langkawi International Folding Bike Challenge aims to elevate Langkawi as the preferred holiday destination offering visitors, tourists and locals a chance to enjoy the scenic and peaceful life of Langkawi Island. In addition to the LIFBC 2.0 launch, the occasion also saw the unveiling of LTA’s 2023 calendar of events. Visitors to Langkawi can look forward to highlights such as the district’s 16th Anniversary as a UNESCO Global Geopark in June and the Langkasuka International Folklore Festival of Art, from 29 September 2023 to 1 October 2023.
