President of the Malaysia Retail Chain Association (MRCA) Datuk Garry Chua shared his experiences in property investment to the guest. He said, there are three factors to take into consideration in property investment, that is location, basic facilities and surrounding.

He stated that location is the most important factor as it decides the potential appreciation value of the property and especially to those equipped with basic facilities.

He added, an area that is convenient in transportation would be one of the considering factors for homebuyer. As for surrounding, pay attention to the projects around the development and also the location where it seated.

“If the development is surrounded with exclusive residential area, the development certainly has very high potential appreciation value.”

Due to the instability of property market in our country, Dato’ Garry Chua thinks that this will be the time when developers roll out worthy promotional packages for homebuyer to grab the opportunity of owning a unit.
